Perfect for families and groups, this spacious two-level home blends North Idaho charm with all the comforts of home. Enjoy the private hot tub, gather by the firepit, or take the short trail to the lake for a refreshing swim.

The main level features a bright living room with sweeping lake views, a large sectional sofa, and a smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen opens to a dining area with seating for six plus four barstools at the counter—perfect for family meals or game nights.
The primary suite includes a king bed, TV, and ensuite bath with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. A second bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk bed and nearby full bathroom offers ideal space for kids or extra guests.
Downstairs, a second living room with TV and games provides extra space to unwind, along with two additional bedrooms (one king, one queen), each with a TV, and a shared full bath.
Outdoor Spaces:
Step onto the main deck to take in serene lake views while grilling dinner or relaxing by the patio heaters. The lower deck leads to a fully fenced backyard with a private hot tub, grassy area, and firepit—perfect for evenings under a glowing North Idaho sky. A nearby nature trail provides access to the shared community beach and firepit.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home, decks, and fenced front and back yards. Parking is available for one vehicle in the garage and two in the driveway. Please note: community docks are not available for guest use.

Beautiful property and gorgeous home! Check in was very easy and communication with the property manager was excellent! The home is well stocked both in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for us. We enjoyed exploring the property and walking down to the lake. There are also walkable neighborhoods across the street. Plenty of deer, who just hang out on people’s lawns! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Wow! What a beautiful location. I can’t say enough about all the deers that visit you while here. The house was cozy, clean and well stocked for all your needs. We enjoyed bbqing, sitting on the deck and relaxing. It was a great way to start our 2 week roadtrip!

This house was great, clean, well stocked, good mattresses, backyard fire pit was great, view was gorgeous.But...the main deck was sketchy, wood railing for steps was not secure, several steps and deck flooring need replacing, depths and height different on steps, bracing under deck doesn't look safe, upright beam is leaning slightly, no railing for the large stone rock steps, this deck is 25 yrs old and in need of an inspection.Not able to use the awning during the 95 degree weather, inoperable.Hot tub was very dirty, scum on the top with crusty scum around the edge.
