This place is so close to Silverwood and Boulder Beach!! 13 minute drive each day and we were in the parking lot of Silverwood Theme park

We had the best time! Great location, fantastic amenities. Comfortable beds. Tons of room. Kitchen has all the spices you need. Friendly neighborhood. Latte stand and convenience store within walking distance. Would definitely stay again

Our family recently stayed at this home and had a mostly enjoyable experience. The location was fantastic- we really enjoyed the easy access to the lake and golf course and getting to Silverwood so quickly. And we all enjoyed the pickleball and tennis courts.
However, cleanliness was an issue upon arrival. We were disappointed to find popcorn and chips on the floor in the living areas. And it was quite evident that the kitchen floors had not been mopped. There were even some dirty underwear left behind from a previous guest in plain sight! Fortunately, management was quick to respond and resolve the issue which we appreciated.
It should also be noted that there is a pool across from the home. While the water itself was clean, the surrounding area was in poor condition and didn't feel inviting enough for us to spend much time there.
Overall, while the stay had its hiccups, the location and responsive management helped make up for it. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this could be a truly great home.
