Shared kitchen, living room, and laundry with a matured quiet host that is only here once a week! Centrally located at Coquitlam Centre Mall. Under 10 min walk to Coquitlam Mall, T&T, Walmart, Superstore, Lincoln & Coquitlam Central Skytrain Station and Coquitlam Central Bus Terminal. Minutes away from Lafarge Lake Park,Douglas College and Costco. Walk out balcony to enjoy breakfast outdoor. High speed internet.

I went to a conference in Vancouver in early July, 2025 and found the home to be very clean with comfortable beds. Fiona was thorough with her directions to get to the house and her reasonable expectations (sort garbage and take your shoes off when coming into the home) and I cannot recommend this VRBO more.
