About this house rental

Large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished suite with a private entrance, free parking, free WIFI, private laundry room, heated wooden floors, all utilities included, free phone and local phone calls, kitchen and dishwasher . Located 40km (30 min) from Down Town Vancouver and 43km from Vancouver International Airport. Located in the centre of the City of Coquitlam, near the beautiful Coquitlam river and hiking trails, 10 minute walk (1km) from the Coquitlam bus loop, restaurants for Chinese, Japanese, Italian, and Mexican food, and café’s. Coquitlam shopping centre, 3 super markets, 2 organic farmers markets, Coquitlam Public Library, Eagle Ridge Hospital, animal hospitals, and city parks. City parks such as Lafarge Park, which includes Volley Ball courts, Basket Ball Courts, Tennis Courts, a running track, and baseball, football and soccer fields. Driving distance from Sasamat Lake, Golden Ears Park, Belcarra park which is perfect for crabbing, Buntzen lake Park which is great for fishing and contains over 10 hikes. The suite sleeps 4 persons; we provide free towels and bathroom condiments such as shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Free Wi Fi.
