First floor: small lounge/play area, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), WC with washbasin. Programmable heating included. Non-smoking accommodation. This detached house, in the traditional Sologne style with a modern interior, is located between Romorantin (capital of the Sologne region, 13 km away) and Blois (30 km away). You will be ideally located to explore the many tourist attractions of the region: Cheverny Castle, Chambord, Beauval Zoo, Lamotte-Beuvron equestrian center, and more. You will also be just 600 meters from the village center, where you'll find all the shops: bakery, pastry shop, grocery store, newsagent/tobacconist, butcher, hairdresser, doctor, dentist, pharmacy, and charging stations near the post office. You'll have a lovely enclosed outdoor space with a large garden, where a swing and outdoor games will delight your children!
