About this house rental
"La Boulange" is a longhouse of 86 m2 fully restored located in the hamlet of "Vallée Pitrou", a quiet and relaxing place, in the heart of the Loire castles and near the Beauval zoo.
You can enjoy a small garden and even pick seasonal vegetables; the courtyard is closed, not overlooked, terrace, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue are at your disposal.

On the ground floor :
1 large kitchen equipped with new appliances, ceramic hob, pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, etc. and
a beautiful bread oven hence the name "La Boulange"
1 living room with television,
channels distributed by Orange, free WIFI
1 separate WC
1 bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with ethernet socket
1 with a 140x190 bed + 1 baby bed

The only negative point for older folks is not have any bathroom upstair with bedrooms. Beside this all good.

We wanted a place near to the chateaux of the eastern end of the Loire. It served its purpose ideally. It also enabled us to take walks free from passing traffic, and the surrounding countryside was delightful.
