Nestled in Savannah, this family-friendly vacation rental is an ideal getaway for those seeking a home away from home! Ready to explore? Spend a day touring historic sites, checking out the fun on Tybee Island, or simply strolling along Savannah’s Waterfront. Return to this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath property to grill up a meal, play games with your crew on the screened porch, or stream a movie on one of the Smart TVs. No matter what brings you, embracing ‘Vacation You’ has never been easier!
Checkout List & House Rules
Thank you for choosing to spend your vacation in our home. Here are a few reminders about your departure and the house rules. Please take a moment and have all the guests read them.
• Cameras are located on the exterior front and rear sides of the home as a safety measure during your stay and when empty.
• The door will auto lock after 60 seconds. Check in is at 4:00 pm. Please do not try to check in early unless prior approval has been granted by the property manager and an additional fee has been paid. Your code will not work until 10 minutes before check in. It is our desire to provide the best experience by preparing and restocking the home prior to your arrival.
• To watch TV, a Roku remote is provided (for each TV), that will power on the TV, make selections, and control sound.
• Supplies provided for your stay are a few trash bags, rolls of toilet paper, and paper towels. Sponge, dish detergent, and dishwasher pods are located on the counter beside the kitchen sink for cleaning dishes and/or using the dishwasher.
• Checkout is 10:00am sharp.
****NOTE: Cleaning & linen services are on a strict schedule. If they have to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited, or an additional fee will be charged.
• Towels – Please place all used towels & wash cloths in bathtubs.
• Take out all trash from the bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and patio to the outside large trash cans. Take all food items with you or throw them away.
• Wednesday guests either checking in or checking out, please place trash & recycling cans at curbside for very early Thursday AM pickup. If cans are not moved to curbside, a fine of $250 will be incurred.
• Turn all air conditioning thermostats to 78 degrees in warmer months and 65 degrees in cold or cooler months at checkout.
• Lock all doors and windows.
• Report damages upon checking in and checking out. Accidents happen.
• Absolutely NO SMOKING in or on the property including electronic cigarettes. If neighbors or property manager report any SMOKING on or in the property, the reservation/contract will be terminated immediately and/or your deposit will be forfeited.
BUT most importantly … this is your vacation, and we want you and future guests to have FUN and ENJOY!

The house was very quaint and had a homey feeling. The accommodations were adequate and served its purpose. The neighborhood was quiet. Shopping is less than 5 minutes away, and the beach is a short drive away.

We had a great time at the house. At first we had an issue checking in but as soon as we called the number provided if any issues arose the situation was quickly handled. Would definitely stay again.
