Decent stay. Washer in rough shape. It does the job but missing some buttons and fluid tray is broken. Kitchen decent. A cutting board would be a good add on, didn't want to cut directly on stove/counter top. If you have children or like being barefoot, be aware of walking in back yard, lots of broken glass and metal/garbage. Like they did a demo and left some scrap behind. To be expected, we saw the occasional cockroach in the house, but this is the South in Georgia and is common. Location is decent. Quiet neighborhood, never felt unsafe. Although you are close to airport so lots of plane traffic, but not too loud in house. If you just need a comfortable place to sleep and don't plan on hanging out around the house all that often, this place works just fine.
