Tolle zweckmässige Unterkunft mit sympatischem Gastgeber zu einem sehr guten Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Die Übergabe funktionierte unkompliziert und wir konnten viel früher bereits in die Wohnung.

Ruhige Lage in zweiter Reihe. Neuwertiges Bad und Küche, Fußbodenheizung. Gute Anbindung an ÖPNV, Buslinie 42 (Haltestelle Gablenberg) fast direkt vor der Tür. Bäcker um die Ecke.
Renovierung noch nicht abgeschlossen, unzureichende Duschabtrennung, Waschbeckenarmatur locker, Spülmaschine nicht angeschlossen
