The kitchen is convenient and well-equipped, with enough utensils and plates, cookware, a kettle, and a coffee machine. The mattresses are comfortable, and the shower is clean, with no mold or buildup. Overall, everything is clean.
Yes, there are some areas that need repair. In one of the rooms, a cabinet door is not properly attached. In the room with the bed, the TV cable does not reach the power outlet.
It would be nice to have some tea and coffee available for the number of guests, at least for the first evening, since after arrival there’s usually no desire to go straight to the store.

The location was very nice with a large shopping mall and subway/bus station nearby. I personally loved the staff's friendliness and their prompt responses to our queries.
We encountered a few problems with the room condition on the first day of our stay. The staff immediately came back to our place to fix the problem, but it got worse the next day, so we had to call the staff again. Though it was Sunday and her day off, the staff came over to offer a better, upgraded alternative so we could stay in a different room. The staff was super friendly, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts and customer service.
We were informed that we would get a compensation for the inconveniences we had to go through, but we did not receive it on the promised date. I waited a bit longer, but I still haven’t received it.
