Perfect location for exploring the New Forest with amazing views out of the front. Really spacious and open home which was perfect for our size group. Communication was great before, during and after our stay.

The location was excellent - we were able to see ponies and donkeys roam in front of the property.
The property itself was clean, tidy, quiet, and had everything we needed.
Overall, we felt the property played a huge part in giving us the New Forest getaway experience.

The location of the property is outstanding, with views over the forest and animals wandering past the cottage, which was a delight to see. The cottage itself is bigger and more luxurious that the photos suggest, with an expansive living/dining area downstairs and four nice sized bedrooms. The garden is a lovely area to relax in or play games in with the little ones. The property has an abundance of nice extra touches, like books, children's books, travel costs, a high chair, Nespresso machine and capsules. It is hard to imagine a nicer luxury property in the heart of the New Forest.
One maintenance problem caused us some issues, but this was dealt with speedily by Adam and we were happy with the response and resolution.

We immediately felt at home in the cottage which is very well equipped, beautifully decorated, really clean and in a great location. Communication with the owner was easy and responded quickly. Can highly recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer.
