Location.
Off road parking.
Views
Restaurant closed for duration of stay.
Property was presentable and clean however some areas needed a little bit of tlc. Walls damaged from towels in en suites for example and light clusters needing re attachment. Also a shelf in the showers would be helpful.
Don’t let it put you off. Beautiful scenery. Early check out of 10am

Very clean and well appointed. The restaurant below the apt is only open on the weekends, so all week the secure parking lot is clear and area is quiet. The hosts are absolutely amazing; terrific communication and extremely helpful.
There is some street noise as the apt sits on a major thoroughfare but only an issue during peak travel times.

We needed a place to stay for one night after landing in Rome from a long flight, and before heading on to a wedding about 30 minutes from here. We were able to relax, get some sleep and enjoy the beautiful views here. We spent lots of time out on the patios, snacking and soaking up some sun. We enjoyed sipping Aperol Spritz on the beach at the restaurant next door, and dipping our toes in the sand. Loved the basket of goodies the hosts left for us. There was lots of room to spread out. These are apartments above a restaurant. We did not meet the owner, but their response to communications was excellent. You get in to the apartments with a code, which was easy.
I was disappointed that the Restaurant wasn't open while we were there.. especially after receiving several emails and texts suggesting we go there and receive 10% off our meals. I was hoping to not have to drive in to town to find dinner. The parking lot was large, but we did have to pull over across the street, run over and open the gate to the parking lot, then back the car out and cross back over the street and into the lot. Once we figured it out it wasn't too bad. The restaurant /apartments are on a busy street. This makes the apartments easy to find, but also adds some noise and congestion. All in all tho, we were VERY pleased with the accommodations, communication from the owners, and location.
