Great property for kids with plenty of activities to do. Good location to stop on our way back from Tuscany on the way to Rome FMC airport. Beautiful immediate surroundings. Plenty of space in the accomodation. Generous breakfast with lots of options for kids and adults. Very kind hosts that went above and beyond.

A very homely place, very clean facilities was definitely more than I expected
. As for the owner of the place and her family, they are very kind people who make you feel at home. I was surprised that something to eat and drink was included.
Totally recommend the place to spend some time relaxing.
Thanks to Nancy and her family for everything, I would definitely come back.

The property was a very unique and fun experience for our family! Out hosts Nancy and her husband Francesco were extremely accommodating. Their villa was a short drive to the beach and town. We stayed at their villa prior to a Disney Cruise. Our group was large and occupied both of her units. Plenty of area to be comfortable and visit. Nancy’s charm made our experience even more memorable. I definitely look forward to a return trip to her villa!

We really enjoyed our stay here in the protected rural area around where the house it situated. Nunza and her family go out of their way to make you feel welcome and spoil you with her home made breakfasts. Sitting around the open fire in the adjoining dining room was very special one evening for us. Great hospitality, comfortable bed, beautiful surroundings plus wonderful walking on the doorstep. Extremely quiet and peaceful place. Its down a bit of a rough track but well worth it.
