All clean and nice buildings and large rooms. Some receptionists have to be educated far way better. We missed so many information. It was a puzzle to figure out how the elevators work, wifi, air-conditioning, etc. Plus the number of receptionists is very low. Many employees are just standing there doing nothing while there are enough counters. Furthermore the receptionist said I have to pay for 1 day parking (EUR 35) once I already parked there. I found out that was not true when he by accident printed out a 1 day parking ticket from their other hotel in Bangkok, and parking machine asked for 8 euros the same evening when we wanted to get out for sightseeing. Besides, he tried his best to scare us our car could be broken when we park outside because of foreign plate. Furthermore, we got a room with shared beds while we asked for separated beds. There are no slippers in the room. Maybe better for the environment and not needed because the floor was very clean. It is not possible to open the windows.

Unfortunately I had a medical emergency and the staff were fantastic. They also held my room for me without payment knowing I was in hospital and then easily extended my stay at the same rate once I was released from hospital. I am a disabled traveller and they made sure my room was all I needed to suit my disabilities. I couldn’t speak more highly of them. My room was lovely and bed firm but comfortable and a spacious very clean room with views of the Eiffel Tower from my bed so that even though I was debilitated I was still able to see some of the most iconic sites of Paris. Thank you so much for making me feel safe, secure and looked after during a very scary and painful time for me.
