Checked in with the family. We were upgraded instantly to Superior room.
Checking in was smooth. The hotel was close to the Metro which is located just across the stree

Positive Points -:
Property is newly built, opened last year.
Deluxe room was modern with automated switches, lifts and automated side curtains.
Room size was spacious, approximately 390 sq ft.
Convenient location right next to the metro station. About 30–35 minutes to the city center. Supermarket is within 100 metres.
Buffet breakfast was very good with a wide variety (baked beans, scrambled eggs, etc.).
Excellent view from the 29th floor room.
Negative Points :-
Poor service despite being a good property.
Reception phone line was not working on day 1 and no one answered.
Had to personally take a wine bottle to the restaurant to get it opened. Looked like service staff were less in numbers for such a big hotel.
Room cleaning was done daily but not up to standard. Bedsheet was not changed even once during our 5-day stay.
Water bottle not refilled on one day. Coffee pods and powder were not refilled until I called reception twice. They delivered it after I finished having the alternate - green tea.
No prompt service like other 4-star hotels.
Very large hotel (40 floors) but service levels did not match scale.
Reception staff appeared cold and unwelcoming. There is always a queue at the reception.
No seating in lobby; guests have to stand until check-in time. This is actually strange for such a big hotel. Or else it might be that the hotel expects the guests to immediately sit at the restaurant and order something. There is a restaurant at the ground floor, next to lobby. No early check-in allowed; had to wait until 3 pm as I arrived 1 hour early.
No late checkout option. You can pay for 1 extra day to spend a few additional hours.
Overall I feel this hotel is good if you leave the service part. If you need something which might be the case during traveling, then God can help or else queue at the reception.
