We stayed there for 2 nights, location is was good but walk from the nearest metro was uncomfortable as it is cobblestones everywhere and it was hard to carry luggage. Hotel was decent but felt more like Ibis than Radisson.

It was an overall comfortable stay, however, they had assigned me a room on the ground floor right beside the walkway on a public street. I made the booking as a solo female traveller, hence when I walked into the room at first, it felt quite unsafe, however as I was in a rush to leave for an event after checking in (which they allowed me to do early since the room was ready), I left with no issues. Facilities were all fine, except for that I was tired after travelling to and from my event, and decided to pay a premium for laundry services rather than going for coin laundry. The staff mentioned that it would be ready by night time - but I had fallen asleep by then and did not collect it. I went in the morning an hour before I was due to leave for my train - and it turns out it had not been washed. Reception was efficient in getting it washed and dry from then (but they did not tell me this, but to wait 15 minutes at first. I came out after going for a shower, and they said it was still in the dryer). When I received my clothings, they were damaged. Service recovery was great though, as I was refunded the cost price of the laundry services though some of my clothes were damaged.
