Perfect location for the centre of town and only a 10 minute walk from the train station. Lucie was super helpful. Breakfast was great. All in all a fantastic stay and great value.

Lovely stay. The room was perfect, and the breakfast was lovely. Lucie was lovely, and very attentive. The property is in an ideal spot, it helped make my trip to the area truly wonderful.

A Perfect Birthday Surprise – Thoughtful and Welcoming Stay
I booked Arden House as a surprise birthday treat for my sister, who is currently going through house renovations, so she really needed a relaxing break away. It turned out to be absolutely perfect.
Communication from the host was exceptional from the start. I was able to reserve parking in advance, and they were so warm and welcoming when she arrived. They really made her birthday feel special.
The Superior room was bright, spacious and spotlessly clean, with beautiful natural light from the large windows. There were such thoughtful touches waiting for her, including a handwritten birthday card, sweet treats, a fruit bowl, plush towels and dressing gowns neatly prepared on the bed. It felt personal and genuinely caring.
The location is excellent for exploring Arundel, and breakfast was very good as well.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Arden House. A lovely, friendly place that goes the extra mile
