    Really handy for the train station and walkable to lots of bars and restaurants. Despite backing onto a row of bars the room was very quiet. Comfy bed, and they had made sure not to use down bedding for my allergies (although scatter cushions contained feathers). Room service came quickly and the food was just ok- but only had some sides/snacks. Nice drinks in the bar with superb service. Only gripe was an extra charge of £20 to have 12 checkout. Any longer and it increases to £50. When paying ~£200 a night I don’t think an extra hour should be chargeable on a Monday morning.

    We stayed here for out first year wedding anniversary and cannot say a bad thing about this place. The hotel overall was really clean the staff that we came across were helpful and professional, the breakfast was worth every penny, definitely will be back some day

    The room was lovely and perfect for a short stay. The bar was fantastic with excellent service and the breakfast was nice. Great central location too
