Location is perfect, in the center but on a quiet street. However, the doors are locked all the time...I arrived at noon and doors locked with a note to swipe your room card to open doors....if I haven't checked in that means I don't have a card....and this is how I spent half an hour waiting for someone to show up. Stupid! The hotels bar is always empty for the same reason... It can only be accessed through the same locked doors. I find it rather stupid.
That inconvenience aside the hotel is gorgeous!

We have stayed here twice now visiting my daughter at university. The location is very central, but rooms are quiet. The breakfast is excellent. Will stay again for sure.

Good location. Building is old but facilities are well maintained and clean and wifi is reliable. Parking is very limited. Staff are friendly and attentive.

The hotel is amazing
But unfortunately the cost for the rooms is very over priced
No milk for your coffee
The bath and sink had major draining issues and the plug would release
I was also charged £3.50 for some toothpaste as we forgot ours
I honestly think the price you pay for the room and then to be charged for tooth paste is ridiculous
