We really enjoyed our stay at AC Hotel. The hotel staff were excellent, location is perfect, and our suite was spacious.
A few critiques/suggestions:
1. the electrical outlets in the suite are not very well placed. they should install extenders or create new outlets in the sitting area that are more convenient to reach.
2. the suite (635) bathroom is huge; however, the shower and rainfall shower head are disproportionately tiny. i'd highly suggest renovating the bathroom shower. i don't absolutely require one, but for the size of the bathroom, they should also consider renovating the suite bathrooms to include a bathtub.
3. there are no luggage racks in the rooms. i wasn't sure whether it was just missing from our room or whether the hotel just doesn't provide that in every room.
4. the gym was nice enough, but lacked sufficient weight machines. for the size of the gym, i assume that they could fit more machines in the space.
5. offering a limited continental breakfast for $16.50/person isn't very tasteful. i'd suggest including the cost of breakfast in the room and offer free breakfast to all guests.
