I had an incredibly disappointing stay at WoodSpring Suites. To start, there was hair in the shower, which immediately gave me a bad impression. On top of that, the bathroom was only stocked with a couple of towels—definitely not enough. The bed was not the queen size advertised; it was clearly a full size, and they only provided two flat pillows instead of the standard four, making for an uncomfortable sleep. There was also a dry spill near the bed that hadn't been cleaned.
The experience got worse with the extra charges. There was a limit on WiFi connections, and they even charge for basic necessities like toilet paper and linen changes. To make matters worse, they don't have daily housekeeping, so you're stuck with whatever condition the room is in when you arrive. My toilet was clogged during the night, and no one was available at the front desk. Even by 7 a.m., there was still no one around to help me get a plunger.
Honestly, sleeping in my car would have been more comfortable than staying in that bed. While the staff I did meet were nice, I will definitely never stay at this location again. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
