    Just stayed for a business travel. The room was really clean, large and staff was very nice.

    This was a great location in terms of being close to the train station and city centre. There is a Tesco Express (or two) nearby which was helpful for snacks etc. Room on 7th floor was ok. Good views. Mattress was too squishy for us and the shower was very feeble. Parking in the area is not cheap. Staff were very helpful. Reception/lounge was nice. We didn’t use the bar or have breakfast so can’t comment on that.

    Expected to have booked a good place to rest after travelling for long hours and before arrival was told that my booking was incorrect and that we booked for 2 guests instead of 3 . Hotel overall design was not made to get a good rest especially the shower was not the best. Overall didn’t have the best stay and not very happy with what has happened
