    Very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated room. Single room was compact but everything necessary was provided. Quite a narrow door to the bathroom so if you are on the large side it might be a squeeze. Useful fridge provided for guest use. A bit of a walk out from town (15-20 mins) but private car park provided. Only complaint I had was that on arrival (on a cold and wet day) when I rang the bell I was not welcomed as I would have expected but rather treated as an inconvenience for apparently not checking my booking.com confirmation (but not booked through them!) for the self-checkin information. In fact I had not been sent this so I'm not sure what would have happened if the owner had not been there. I was made to feel this was my fault somehow and it detracted a bit from what was an otherwise pleasant stay.

    Excellent experience as I had to arrange unscheduled stay during artic blast road closure. Small but sufficient room. Excellent location. Owner couple very supportive and helpful. Clean and neat arrangement.
