The motel is very clean, comfortable, managed by a nice lady. We just needed a place to sleep 1 night and this was great, especially for the price.

I spent one night at this motel on my short stay in SLO. The motel is clearly on the older side, but the room was clean with ample towels and comfortable bed. They had added ample electrical outlets so plugging things in was no problem. I could hear the people in the room next door and conversations went on until late at night. But I did not report it to the office and just dealt with the noise. (Manager had warned me it was Spring Break at the university.) Rate was a very good deal for that time frame in SLO.
