Independent hotel twin room gem. Recently done up this is an impressive Victorian building. We stayed in a ground floor twin which was neat, clean, modern, well decorated with some nice touches and was good value. Shower was clean and ok but controls could do with some maintenance. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Opposite the station so easy to get to but a small amount of related noise. Breakfast was included and is ok. There were various picks from a menu (Full english and vege choices) came with a good coffee. Breakfast could have been improved with the addition of some help yourself options. Well located for Worthing and wider area, including the coast and South Downs.

Arrived on quiz night, but too tired to attend. Lovely place and really great staff. Food very good too. Just my type of place.
