Checked is fast and ok , the rest of the people are lazy rude zombie like , if you ask them a question they act as if they cant hear you or say not sure go ask this person or just nothing at all , then lets talk about the spa Hahaha ! What a joke never will I set foot in that place after the treatment I seen given to another guest ! They literally refused to let her pay to use the gym and sauna . Yes they charge hotel guest 25 a day to use the gym . The guy running the counter gave this lady , line after line after line of bs to get her to leave, for example they are closing early so you only have 1 hr , she was ok with 25 dollar sauna experience, she gos to pay with apparently her husband's card , he refused it said I need one with you name on it she fines one now I need your id , ( who carry id to a pool ) I dont . Everything this guy asked for she handed it to him , after some time and then he tells her this transaction has taken to much time we cant sell you a day pass now . I canceled my appointment immediately and I left the hotel room and all , I hope she did as well , rude people 😒 make me sick . It cost nothing to be be nice to people , my room was a comp , motorcity lost my gambling dollars and all entertainment as well .
