Beautiful, clean room, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast and fantastic location. We loved our stay and highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall a really wonderful property, in a perfect location, with excellent staff, clean and spacious rooms, a lovely breakfast, and nearby garage parking. We'd absolutely return. However, a quick note to management regarding major roofing construction taking place directly outside our window beginning each day at 8:00a. This was never mentioned to us and absolutely should have been. Of course we recognize the hotel has no control over neighboring work, but it at least deserved some sort of notification or recognition to guests before arrival. Or perhaps an offer of a different room without men yelling to one another first thing in the morning and working literally inches from us, looking in our window. No privacy, no chance to sleep in on holiday. Management should have been honest and communicative in this instance rather than ignore it and hope we didn't care. Hopefully other guests weren't equally affected. We recommend travelers ask the hotel before booking if they can expect this same possibility as management may not be as responsible as expected for this level of boutique property.

There are simply not enough good things to say about this hotel. Wonderful location in the heart of beautiful
Perugia. Lorenzo, Stefano and the lovely young woman at the front desk make up one of the hardest working, most pleasant and professional staffs in all of Italy. The hotel is so clean it sparkles and both the housekeeping staff and catering staff went above and beyond every day of our stay. We loved our time here at Locanda and we look forward to returning. Grazie Mille:-)
