Staff were very polite and helpful, and rooms are perfect and very clean. Terrace restaurant is wonderful, and hotel is situated 3 minutes away from the main city centre, with lovely shops along the way.

Location is perfect, next to the city square; However I honestly can’t be justified the price by the service and room. I am still willing to give 2 stars because the staff in evening - both gentlemen are very nice.
I was first arrived got arranged by a female manager with a fairly strange attitude, no smile, lecturing tone, nothing to introduce, then again when I talked to her again this morning, without listening my full question - offered rejection, unwelcoming/unattentive answer. Not sure is that because I am English traveller but with 4 star rated hotel, I didn’t find it reasonable.
As per the picture, room is dark and plain, since it’s subjective so it’s up to you to comment; bathroom was having water leakage, winder wasn’t able to be closed and smelled slightly damn. Since I only lived one night so I didn’t bother.
