    The room I paid for said it had 2 queen beds plus a refrigerator, which I need for medication that *must be refrigerated. Initially we were put in room *** which is 2 full beds and no fridge so I went to the front desk and asked for the room that I’d paid for. Instead of apologizing for the mix up the man quizzed me about “what was wrong with the room”. I eventually was given room *** which did have the 2 queens but also no fridge, so I had to go back to the front desk again. At this point the guy was acting like I was a problem for asking to get what I’d paid for (and needed) and told me no rooms were available. He refused to cancel so I could stay elsewhere OR give me any monetary compensation for the trouble of having to go purchase a cooler. I had to call Agoda who *did apologize and offer a credit for a cooler. This all took two whole hours of my day away. Additionally this property was not clean at all. The room was not properly cleaned, there is dog poop and trash literally all over the property, and you pass multiple rooms with residents with cats that can be smelled from 100 feet away. Know that there are a lot of homeless, addicted and sketchy looking people coming and going from the property at all times of the day and night. Do yourself a favor and avoid this property.
