The staff was very kind and helpful, the location is amazing, the included free parking is so great! They also have a nice little shop in the lobby food/beers/beach needs. It's nice!

After booking a room I was refused service without explanation and not allowed to stay in the hotel despite my emergency need for safe housing.

The lobby person with pink hair was rude. No hello upon check in . Gave her my ID, but it did not match my name on reservation? Even after I showed her my confirmation on my phone. Yet she still checked us in after the “Robert “ vs “Robbie” policy lecture. The bathroom has a VERY tight set up and the rooms are small. Went to a concert in SD that was AMAZING!! However, this hotel is NOT!
