Our room was lovely, same as every year.
The staff were great and welcoming as always, the new member of staff at reception (short blond hair, going to Chelsea flower show with her son is just incredible!). She has so much empathy for us and why we visit each year as she can relate.
The spa facilities are lovely the pool was so nice and warm. The hot tub was working and the steam room was hot too.
