I was in 2 different rooms, They both had a horrible smell. The place is run down. Many of the people staying there looked like drug users. The ice maker outside did not work. I checked out a day early due to the smell and the rooms are nasty. It's Close to downtown Palm Springs.

We got there late, at 6:30 pm and the room was not ready. We got to the room and the tv was not working, I told the front desk and he told me that he was going to send someone to check it out. Someone came finally on the second day, and told me that the tv remote need reset and the it was going to get the code and never came back. I also asked them to get the trash out of the room and they never did.

I would avoid staying here if you have other options. The whole place is pretty rundown and gross. The bathroom was by far the worst part. The shower area had several tiles missing from the wall and the floor was gross and chalky. Just book Motel 6 instead.
