Friendly and welcoming staff, quiet and nice neighborhood.
We rented a 4 man room as a family, we got what I assume was a suite where the lounge area sofa was converted to a bed (sofa bed), with a wall between the two sleeping areas. A good layout, spacious for the price we paid, room for luggage on the floor. Very practical for us as a family, where we could put the kids to bed and not have to worry as much about light and noise.
Proper shower, not a tub shower, everything in working order in the bathroom. Although quite a bit of noise from the pipes when rooms above used their bathrooms.
Functioning and responsive AC. TVs in both sleeping areas, with chromecasts.
All in all, happy customers.
PS. The elevator is in the stairwell, so the elevator stops on a level midway between stories, so you will always have to walk a few steps to get to your floor. Not a problem for us, but might be to someone.
The nearest Metro stop is Berault on line 1, but there are no escalators. The red RER line (A) just north of the Hotel has elevators, it also goes to Disneyland and connects to the airport via RER B.
