The service at this hotel truly stood out! We received a complimentary early check-in, and the staff even let us use the microwave downstairs since our room didn’t have one. On our last day, they arranged shuttle service to the SkyTrain to get us to the airport, even though the chauffeur was on break, such great hospitality!
The rooftop was a whole vibe! The food was good, the service was excellent, and the servers were so friendly that we genuinely enjoyed chatting with them. We visited on a Sunday, which turned out to be perfect because they had live music.
The rooms are a bit old-fashioned in style, but they were clean and had all the essentials, including L’Occitane toiletries, dimmable lighting, a coffee maker, and a mini fridge. Overall, a great stay with exceptional service! Would definitely come back and recommend to others.
