L'appartement est propre et cosy. Les attentions du proprio sont très appréciables. Le contact avec la propriétaire est très agréable. Les explications sont très claires. Je recommande
Il faudrait un surmatelas pour le click clack du salon car la structure métallique est juste insupportable. Pas 1 gros investissement qui pourrait régler ce soucis.
Autre point, qui n'incombe pas aux proprios : le bruit de la rue et des autres personnes qui rentrent ds l'immeuble la nuit.. claquage de portes, bruits des planchers niveau supérieur
C'est une remarque juste pour prévenir du bruit. La chambre la plus touchée est celle qui donne sur la rue.

- The best thing was the price. Considering central Paris is so expensive, this was one of the most reasonable options with ok access to the city centre.
- The host is excellent. Very receptive. The check in process was very smooth.
- Very good for travellers with kids/infants as we were given a high chair, crib as well as a diaper changing table
- Puteaux is generally a safe area with lot of small parks and the train station is on top of a hill and gives a great view of the city and Eiffel Tower.
- We had serious issues with the heating. When we arrived at around 9pm, the heating was not switched on and it was very cold in the house. Took a long time to heat up and kids had a hard time to sleep. Even then the temperatures fluctuated (sometimes as low as 17 degrees C) throughout our stay
- Not clean enough. There was dust and food pieces on the floor in the living room when we checked in. Balls of hair in the bedsheets
- It's quite an old apartment and creaking floor boards woke up our kids a few times in the night
- Last night of our stay, there was a party/get together below and they were very noisy until late in the night
- Lack of basic kitchen utensils (e.g. no plates/glasses). The kettle was very dirty so we used the stove to heat up water
- The bathrooms were quite cramped (probably common for Paris), but the main issue was we got minor electric shocks when washing in the sink in the main bathroom. Happened when switching to hot water - probably issues with the heater and has to be checked asap.
- No proper curtains in the main room and as it was facing the main road, we had little privacy
