The location is not bad, area seemed to be pretty safe but you need to take a bus from/to the train station (make sure to buy a ticket!). The room itself was nice and clean, with a lot of towels. Very nice balcony :)
The absence of a duvet. The bed has just a sheet and a blanket on it which was not comfortable to sleep under. Also, if you're (as I am) a light sleeper - it might be pretty difficult for you to sleep at night because of noisy road and if neighbours are loud - you'll hear everything. Note, that this is an apartment converted to something like a hostel with individual rooms, so there is no microwave in the room too.
