We had a wonderful stay at the Ibis. The staff were incredibly pleasant and welcoming, and we loved the stylish, 'cute' decor. The location is truly excellent—perfect for exploring the area. We found the breakfast to have a nice variety of options to start our day. The hotel was spotless throughout, and we particularly appreciated the fresh air quality and the convenient water fountains. One note for drivers: while the parking is great for smaller cars, we imagine it might be a bit of a tight squeeze for those with larger vehicles.
If we had to pick one area for improvement, it would be the scrambled eggs, which felt a bit artificial. However, the boiled eggs were delicious.

Camera pulita ed accogliente, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Parcheggio a pagamento scomodo e poco funzionale.
Nonostante l’hotel fosse stato preventivamente informato del nostro arrivo in tarda notte per motivi lavorativi, ci è stata assegnata una camera adiacente ad altri ospiti. La mattina seguente, considerando che il soggiorno era di una sola notte, al momento della riconsegna delle chiavi ci è stato riferito, con un atteggiamento poco professionale e a mio avviso inappropriato, che alcuni ospiti si erano lamentati dei rumori, invitandoci eventualmente in futuro a fare meno confusione.
Ritengo tale osservazione ingiustificata: qualora la struttura sia preventivamente informata dell’orario di arrivo e presenti evidenti limiti di insonorizzazione, non è ragionevole né corretto pretendere che l’ospite controlli ogni minimo movimento per evitare di arrecare disturbo ai clienti delle camere adiacenti.
