Stunning view, well designed compact apartment with a comfortable living space and comfy bed.

The location is very hilly and pretty far to walk to any shops or restaurants. A little noisy as the apartment is close to the road and there is only limited street parking.

Very nice property, nice location

All was perfect

The view is simply gorgeous. We have booked the “Apartment with a sea view” and really it is stunning. The flat is spacious.

The place does not offer breakfast, while at the same time the nearest grocery places where you can buy food are within kilometers distance. There is no kitchen corner in the apt. either. There are a few plates, a kettle, a microwave, a nespresso machine on a corner table though. However, you have to wash the dishes in the bathroom. There is no ventilation in the shower, the moisture stays inside and the bathroom gets smelly after one use. The whole place must have been beautiful once, but now it apparently suffers from poor cleaning, being it the dust, polishing or the mould in the shower. The aircon is very noisy, as it is the portable one. So either you get the noise from the aircon, or you get the noise from the street if you prefer an open window instead. :) Quite heavy traffic below the windows makes it impossible to sleep with an open window. Many reviews state the host is unfriendly, well, he does not smile, but I think he is very kind.

Stylish Italian decoration inside the apartment

•It is located on the main road from Menton to Monaco and the traffic noise was horrendous. I could not sleep. The apartment door opens directly onto a narrow pavement and then on to the very busy main road. •There were no joining instructions and when I arrived in the mid afternoon no indication as to where I should find the key •The apartment was in a Residence and having knocked on several doors with no reply and called the number on the booking com site (an Italian number) with no reply, I eventually found a man at the top of the property, lying in bed, who took my payment and supplied me with a key. I looked for him again on several occasions but he never re-appeared and other guests at The Residence who I met had not seen him either. •Other reviewers complained of damp. There were visible signs of damp in the kitchen. • The icebox in the fridge was jammed up with ice and unusable.
