Wohnung in perfekter Lage mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf die Stadt. Sie befindet sich in der Nähe vom wichtigsten Bahnhof von Genua (Stazione di Genova Piazza Principe), von hier aus kann man also die Umgebung ganz einfach entdecken. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man zu einem Urlaub braucht.
Aus mitteleuropäischer Sicht sind die italienischen Wohnungen im Winter ein bisschen kalt, aber diese Wohnung ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, also wenn man die Kälte nicht so gut erträgt (wie ich :D), kann man auch mit der heizen.

We spent three nights in the apartment and it was a great experience. The contact with the hosts was excellent, they even arranged an airport transfer at a very good price, which allowed us to reach the apartment very quickly in the late evening.
The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. The location is very good, the city center is not far and can be easily reached on foot, and there are also very convenient public transport options nearby, including buses and a funicular station just next to the apartment. We would happily return to this place :)

The apartment is wonderful! Big, clean, with all the amenities you will need. The kitchen even has an airfryer. The owner is such a kind person. We arrived at 09:00 AM in Genova and he let us inside even though the check in time is 15:00. Throughout the entire stay he asked constantly if we need anything, if he can helps us with any other issues. So, the communication is very easy. I highly recommend this establishment!

Die Wohnung ist groß und top eingerichtet. Alles funktioniert elektrisch oder elektronisch gesteuert. (Für junge Leute mag das top sein, für Ältere wie mich kann das Stress verursachen statt Entspannung.) Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Ich war nicht darauf vorbereitet, den Gastgeber nicht zu Gesicht zu bekommen. Ich habe über Whattsapp Anweisungen erhalten, wie ich die Wohnung finde und wie die Tür mit Smartlock zu öffnen ist, was erst nach weiteren telefonischen Erläuterungen gelang. Auch waren die Herdplatten außer Betrieb, man musste zuerst den FI wieder einschalten.
Provisorische Halterunge z. B. im Bad für WC-Rolle oder Duschgel lassen vermuten, dass der Eigentümer die Wohnung zwar toll hergerichtet aber nicht selbst bewohnt hat.
