Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, cicho i blisko na rynek, na piechotę można iść na lotnisko 25-30 minut, na pociąg 5-10 minut, standard Ikea, dobry, wszystko co potrzebne było, gospodarz bardzo pomocny, dał możliwość zameldowania już o 12.30 przed 15.00 bezpłatnie, co było miłe, polecam wszystkim z Polski i z innych krajów na pobyt. Jest balkon, co też jest dobre.
w lokalu są 2 apartamenty green i blue, niestety ściany nie są dobrze wyciszone i wszystko bardzo słychać, ale to nie jest duży problem, są oddzielone apartamenty korytarzem, ogólnie jest okey
