3* T3 flat, comprising a bedroom with a double bed, a cabin area with a bunk bed and a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen area. Two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath. Two balconies overlooking the pool and park. Private parking subject to availability, space not allocated.

The residence is located in the heart of a landscaped park on the edge of the woods. Facing the River Canche and next to Le Touquet's racecourse and equestrian centre. You can get to the shops in the town centre and the beaches by bike or on foot.
