We offer this charming 44 m² apartment for rent in Bondy, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc., as well as a dining area.
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
Outside :
- A 3 m² terrace with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Bondy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the building's parking lot (a private space is reserved for you).
