Located in a small new luxury residence between Versailles, the business center of Saint Quentin en Yvelines and Vélizy, "Appartement Elissar" is quiet, non-smoking and close to all amenities: Casino supermarket, shops, banks, restaurants. Train station 5 minutes (Paris 20 minutes: direct Montparnasse, La Défense and RER C). Walks in Versailles, the Castle, its park and in the surrounding woods.
The friendliness of a warm and functional setting will allow you to relax, work, receive friends, family or colleagues.

2 rooms (45m2) + terrace (35m2), ground floor. Parquet. Fitted kitchen (3-burner hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher). Living room / stay (convertible sofa 2 pers, Hi Fi, TV-TNT, Internet). 1 bedroom (2 single beds, fitted dressing room, cot on request). Separate WC and 1 shower room with washing machine. The whole is bright on the ground floor with terrace, South exposure. The garden overlooks the interior garden of the residence.
Sheets and household linen provided free of charge.
Price for 2 people all charges included depending on period and duration: week 500 €, month 1600 €.
Supplement 10 € / night for more than 2 people.
Tourist tax: 1 € / Day / Person included in the rent.

We booked this flat for our trip to the Ryder Cup and could not have been happier. We were met by our host, Marc-Henri, who patiently showed us through the apartment and provided some very helpful information regarding travel to our event. He even walked us down to the train station and helped us buy our tickets. The building appeared to be new and was situated on a lovely tree lined street among beautiful old homes. The building and the flat are in a contemporary design and very well appointed. Underground parking was included, with secure access from the garage to the apartment. The market and bakery were convenient and not more than a 5 minute walk. The train station is within a 10 minute walk and Versailles only one stop away. If your wish is to see the center of Paris just stay on the train a bit longer.
