This beautifully decorated modern villa is an ideal choice if you are planning a peaceful family holiday and the fact that this modern interpretation of a traditional Istrian house is named after the famous Istrian cake adds to the warm atmosphere. Visit Villa Povetica and immerse yourself in modern design surrounded by Istrian nature. In front of the villa you have the opportunity to relax by the beautiful pool. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the elegant garden furniture in the shade of the covered terrace, where there is also a spacious dining table. The interior is characterised by clean lines and harmonious colour combinations. On the ground floor, you can enjoy the interior of the living room, from which you enter the dining room and kitchen. Soft tones extend throughout the room, beautifully uniting the interior into a single unit. We can describe the space as flooded with light, as the whole room has large windows that perfectly connect the interior and exterior spaces. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with its own bathroom and a toilet. A spacious staircase leads you to the first floor, where there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms and bathrooms will delight you with their modern design combining natural materials, simplicity and elegance. Next to the villa is a garden pavilion, where you will find a bedroom with its own bathroom and a toilet. The covered terrace in front of the garden pavilion, where you can enjoy the barbecue and an outdoor kitchen with a dining table, is just as modern. If you are planning a holiday with your children, you will especially enjoy the children's playground on the property, and for all adventurous cyclists, "bike rental on request" is available.This villa is located in Laksici, near the small town of Vizinada, in a complex of four houses at the end of the village, on the way to the breathtaking olive groves and vineyards. Istrian nature is the ideal choice for a peaceful holiday. However, if you want to explore the Istrian culture, you will find many sights and cultural events in the town of Vizinada. For all cycling enthusiasts, the area around Vizinada is full of hiking trails where you can explore the beautiful landscape. The villa is located near the Parenzana cycle path on the old Trieste-Buje-Motovun-Vizinada-Porec railway line. The towns of Porec and Novigrad, about 20 minutes from the town of Vizinada, are certainly an integral part of Istrian culture. Porec, a town that has found its place on the UNESCO World Heritage List, offers a wide range of sights and festivals, while the town of Novigrad delights with its Romanesque churches. An indispensable part of Istrian culture is also tasting local specialities such as olive oil, Istrian prosciutto (prut) or truffles, as well as visiting nearby hilltop towns - Motovun and Groznjan. Only 20 kilometres from the villa there are two new Istrian water parks - Acquacolors near Porec and Istralandia near Novigrad.

Dieses Ferienhaus können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Wir waren als Familie (4 Generationen) in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Es hat wirklich alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders die 2 Kühlschränke und die Eiswürfelmaschine sind ideal für so viele Leute. Das Haus liegt wirklich ruhig und auch im Haus sind die Schlafzimmer durch eine Türe getrennt. Der Garten und der Pool ist wirklich toll angelegt. Im Ort gibt es einen Weinhändler und im Nachbarort Kastelier oder Vizinada gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt mit Bäckerei. Größere Einkäufe erledigt man am besten in Porec ca. 20 min. oder in Tar ca. 15 min. Vielen Dank auch noch für die gute Betreuung durch unseren Gastgeber.Er ist für alle Fragen jederzeit erreichbar.
