About this house rental
Whether you come for famous sights and excellent gastronomy or simply to relax with your family and friends, the beautiful Villa Rotonda will meet all your vacation needs.
It is set in a pretty, fully fenced garden with a private pool for refreshment in the heat of the day. The cozy summer kitchen with dining area and a traditional open fireplace is the perfect place for your enjoyable al fresco meals. The main feature, however, is the far-reaching view over the dreamlike landscape, which can be enjoyed from almost every corner of this beautiful villa.
Two elegant double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, are located on the second floor. One of them opens directly onto the pretty balcony, from where you can also enjoy the magnificent view in privacy. The third double bedroom is on the first floor with another separate bathroom. The bright and airy open-plan living and dining room dominates here, with generous patio doors bringing in plenty of natural light and beautiful views. They adjoin a modern, fully equipped kitchen, so you can dare to cook up some of the regional recipes - perhaps fresh oysters and mussels from nearby Lim Bay.
And if you don't feel like cooking, there are even 4 restaurants within walking distance, serving delicious regional specialties.Villa Rotonda has a convenient location by the road that leads you directly to the magical Lim Bay, as well as to the picturesque fishing village of Vrsar and its beautiful beaches. This charming little village with a rich historical heritage overlooks an archipelago of 18 islands resting on the vast blue sea. It is a paradise for sailors, but parachuting, paragliding and panoramic flights are also on offer, as well as many other options for an active vacation. If you enjoy hiking, cycling and horse riding, the beautiful landscape awaits you. The Lim Bay Nature Reserve is a famous mussel and fish breeding site, as well as a popular spot for free climbing enthusiasts. In the hinterland you will find the beautiful Kontija Forest Reserve, as well as a number of charming, authentic towns and villages. But whatever you have in mind: You should definitely visit the famous jewels of Istria, Porec and Rovinj.

Wunderschöne Villa ☺️ extrem sauber . Für unsere Hunde einfach genial weil alles umzäunt ist. Daniel der Besitzer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ein paar geh minuten sehr gute Restaurants. Werden sicher wieder kommen. Einfach empfehlenswert 👍👌
