The hotel is very nice, the staff are helpful, the room was excellant.
First I was given an attic room .. hard to access for the dogs. This was changed with no issues ..
We used the resturant in the evening, the food and service was good value and the G&T was excellant.
The breakfast was really good quality I liked it a lot, fresh warm rolls and lots of fruit. Maybe the best hotel breakfast I had.
I could eat in a special area with my dogs. This worked well. They were even offered breakfast by the staff. This was a lovely gesture !
I can recommend this hotel.
I was chargrd 50 euros for 2 small dogs ... my friend had asked before I stayed and told 25 (this seemed fair) 50 is a lot.
At breakfast I suggest more than one coffee machine.

De service van het personeel. Ze waren erg vriendelijk en dachten mee met onze geringe tijd daar.
De informatievoorziening, in ieder geval het stuk op Booking.com. Hier staat vooraf niet vermeld dat je bij moet betalen voor een extra bed en er staat niets vermeld over check-in & check-out tijden / ontbijttijden.

Super Lage , schnell in der Stadt , auch mit Hund findet man schnell eine Möglichkeit entspannt gassi zu gehen , besonders lecker war das frühstück welches uns serviert wurde , auch auf Bedürfnisse z.B Nachschlag wurde eingegangen .
Anfangs wussten nicht wir nicht wo wir hin müssen das der Eingang der „Rezeption“ nicht ersichtlich war , man Geht aus jeden Fall in das Restaurant und da wird man empfangen. Abends als wir ins Hotel wollten kamen wir nicht rein weil die Karte nicht funktionierte, somit mussten wir die Unterkunft telefonisch kontaktieren, das klappte aber auch zum Glück ohne Probleme.

Checkin über geschlossenes Restaurant; Toilette mitten im Zimmer, völlig ohne Sichtschutz; Frühstück von schlechter Qualität (insbesondere Fertigprodukte und billigste Aufbackbrötchen)
