Very friendly helpful welcome - after that I didn't see anyone, but didn't need to. Everything worked well. My room was quiet and safe, no internet problems. Free bikes available to get into Middelburg, but we agreed that I was probably better off on foot - it's been over fifty years since I last rode a bike. And very close to the nearest Albert Hejn and Action. I have heard a lot about Action, and was delighted to have the opportunity to visit one for the first time.
No breakfast! I knew in advance of booking, but still something I would prefer to have. No audio/TV either, which I haven't encountered for many years. I suppose everyone is happy with their mobile. The stairs up to the first floor were steep - it didn't bother me, but might have been difficult for people with health problems or heavy luggage. And it was a little far from the town centre - about 25 minutes walk.
