This property was just perfect for 5 days exploring Umbria. … wonderful apartment .. small shower but all the rest is just wonderful . Super comfortable bed and all the facilities you need. Lisa was so welcoming providing lots of useful information. We would definetly stay here again

Our host Lisa was extremely welcoming and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and to make us feel at home. The location was excellent, just outside the centre (a 2 min. walk to the escalator to the Duomo) but also less than 10 mins walk from a large supermarket. The terrace was lovely to sit out on for breakfast and evening meals. The birdsong outside the bedroom window and all the swifts flying in the air above.

The shower was a bit of a squeeze (and we're not overweight) and slightly temperamental but otherwise nothing.

Such a fabulous apartment and so many little details. It is steps from the escalators to upper city which makes it convenient. They have discounted parking passes for the city parking (spots right downstairs) for $5 a day. They have amazing coffee making appliances and coffee pods and even a handy milk frother device so you can make amazing cappuccinos to enjoy on the little terrace. We loved our stay and the host was so lovely and communicative for everything.

Just as a heads up it is top floor and tgere are a fair amount of stairs.

Excellent location, clean and very well presented. Excellent communications.

Perhaps it would benefit from the availability of an iron and ironing board and maybe Netflix. The shower and bathroom is quite tight, especially for larger people.
