The owners met us and oriented us to the apartment. The place is light, airy, and well-maintained. The terra-cotta floors and fresco remnants are beautiful. The location is convenient to explore Spoleto. It is quiet at night. We had a pleasant stay and give it a very high recommendation.

This huge two bedroom two bathroom apartment was perfect for 2 couples. It is reminiscent of past times, with high ceilings, frescos, and antiques. But beds are comfortable and windows let beautiful breezes in during the day but close out sound at night. We had wonderful coffees at Bar Duelle just a minute from our front door.

Apt is spotless, very large, quite, safe, perfect location and filled with beautiful antiques. Federica greeted us and went over apt details and supplied parking pass. Parking is short 3 minute walk. Federica is very Charming. I highly recommend this apt
