Comfortable, clean, in walking distance of food and activities, safe
Work being done for renovations next door but understood. No work was being done after 5pm or before 8am so it was fine.

The location and the view from the balcony were fabulous.
The staff that operate the facility were really rude. I noticed that $50 was charged by the accommodation staff or operating company without any prior notice or explanation. I was not informed about this charge at all. There is no AC. So in summer, I believe the room will be really hot.
